Where do links to my purchased downloads appear?
Links to downloadable files will appear immediately online in your receipt directly after purchase and later in a confirmation email sent to the email you used at time of purchase. If you have a PayPal account it will be sent to that email address.

How many times can I download my purchase?

The system we use allows for 5 unmonitored downloads of each purchase. After 5 downloads we are alerted that additional downloads are taking place.

What do I do if I didn't get a confirmation email?

If you did not receive the confirmation email, please double check your spam folder and spam settings to make sure the email was not blocked by your email reader. If you are still having trouble receiving your confirmation email after checking, please use the customer service form to send us message.

Are purchases through PayPal "Account Optional"?

Yes. Payments to Barhorst Creative for Ionstock photos are processed through PayPal. Barhorst Creative has set payment processing to "Account Optional" which means you do not need to sign up for a full PayPal account to use PayPal to process your credit card information.

Should I bookmark my online receipt?
Yes. While it's not a requirement, it's always a good practice to bookmark any online receipt you receive from any website for easy reference later.
